These terms may be updated at any time without notice.
- These changes apply to all commissions, whether they're finished or not.

The order can be rejected for any reason, without having to disclose the reason to the client.

Commissions were made in the order they were paid.

During the negotiation, the client must provide written and/or visual references (character, expression, pose, etc.) of what they want.

All commissions will be signed, unless an agreement is reached.

If the client wants to resell the final work in digital and/or physical products, it must be informed during the initial negotiation.
- These Commissions will be considered "Commercial Use Commissions" and may require an extra charge.

Heronin will make only three (3) rounds of big changes in total during the sketch phase.
- Any change outside of what is established will cost an extra.

All payments will be made in euros.

Payment will always be made in advance after having negotiated the commission.
- Heronin will not start working on the commission until payment has been received and confirmed.

Base prices may change while commissions are open.
- Price changes will not affect commissions already paid.

The prices are non-negotiable.
- Any attempt at haggling will be a reason to reject the order.

If the client wants to make big changes after the final result, an extra payment will be required.
- Any error made by Heronin, based on what was initially requested by the client, will be corrected without need of an extra charge.

"Commercial Use Commissions" may require an extra charge.
- This extra will vary according to the use that the client will give to the commission.

The client will have a period of 24 hours to request a full refund.
- If the commission has already been started, only a partial refund will be made.

Refunds will not be accepted once the commission is finished.

Heronin retains the creation rights of all commissions produced.

Heronin reserves the right to use the commissions made as examples and to publish them on his social media, without the need to notify the client in advance.
- Heronin will not sell digital or physical products of the commissions, unless the client allows it.

Heronin doesn't allow the use of his work in digital products related to NFTs.

Heronin doesn't allow the use of his work in AIs.

All commissions made by Heronin will be exclusively for personal use. The client must not profit from the work unless it's a “Commercial Use Commission”.

The "Commercial Use Commissions" do not transfer the authorship of the work.

Twitch emotes/badges doesn't count as "Commercial Use Commission".

The client must not resell and/or distribute the original files of Twitch emotes/badges and Telegram stickers.

Heronin doesn't have a deadline for commissions. In case of the take a commission with a deadline, this cannot be less than 2 weeks.

If the client requests it, Heronin can create the sticker pack ready to use on Telegram, but it'll include an "artist credit sticker".

Heronin has strict rules about the characters age.
If the character is, appears, acts or implies that is a minor, Heronin will automatically reject the commission.

Scenarios in which abuse is perpetuated or implied, will be automatically rejected.
This applies to dialogues (if there are any).

Any request related to fetishes that may make Heronin uncomfortable will be a reason to reject the commission.
Heronin doesn't usually have problems with most fetishes, but please ask if there is a problem before requesting the commission.
